Structural Associates INC. (SAI) is a General Construction/Construction Management firm established in 1975. With its corporate offices in Syracuse, New York, principal office in Watertown, New York, SAI has grown from a site work / utility contractor to a multi-disciplined construction firm specializing in general construction, construction management, program management, and design - build projects. SAI maintains a contract bonding program through the Safeco Insurance Company. Since its inception, SAI has performed construction throughout New York, the Mid-Atlantic and Midwestern States. We specialize in aviation related construction projects, process work, and institutional/educational facilities.

At Structural Associates, our extensive in-house capabilities are what set us apart. While most construction companies would hire a multitude of subcontractors, we manage much of the job ourselves, including utility development, earthwork, masonry, concrete work and carpentry. This gives us unique control over your project and a strong sense of responsibility for achieving trouble-free construction.

We believe a successful construction project can only be achieved through a team approach with dedicated and experienced members. Professional engineers, construction managers, project superintendents and skilled workers are all part of each project's team. By utilizing in-house computerized scheduling and job management reports, we are better able to control costs, speed construction and achieve the highest standards of value and quality possible.
